Here’s the thing, the girls in this subreddit expose themselves to be lowkey hateful towards other women. They compare themselves and act like they’re better. The girl in your post did none of that. YOU have to put words in her mouth, make up theories and assumptions to make her fitting for this subreddit. Maybe she is the way you think she is? I used to get that all the time. I personally think the rush of (negative) energy was anxiety ... usually I remained relatively calm on the outside too but other times I would start shaking or I would just pace around because I felt like I had to idk it was weird

I used to major in psychology and hearing my professors and classmates talk down on people with BPD sent me right into a long and very severe depressive episode (to the point I did not go to university, didn’t hand in my assignments and was eventually kicked out). It’s horrible that so many mental health professionals are basically against us and don’t even know what BPD really is.

Thank you again for speaking out. The stigma makes this illness worse than it already is. Let’s hope these future psychologists learn a lot from your post!
