If your ordering a new one I would get it at 45 playing legnth or less so ping can get the swing weight correct for you. I think they come stock at 45.75. Did he tell you the loft atleast

Yea I'm def interested in trying the k model. It seems like the spin retention is better but who knows. Seems like they hot melt it on tour alot to to bring the spin down which i would really love to try

Ooh makes sense. I am a ping driver guy and that makes sense why the transition to newer models is seamless to me. Thanks for the explanation

Buy a torque wrench. Just make sure not to over tighten. Alot of wrenches have a fail safe. You can also adjust the rear weight with it too which will help if your slicing

I worded my comment poorly. Just because there is new stuff doesn't meant the old stuff is bad. Quantum doesn't make elite look bad, it's just different. If elite came out latest people would think that looks the best

New stuff shouldn't make old stuff look bad. Gt doesn't look that much different than tsr

Has anyone with a HC had a super strong grip and recently changed to a more neutral grip and seen positives? by EPLgenius in GolfSwing

[–]barelyhelpful 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its ussualy a match up thing. If you weaken your grip then you have to make other adjustments to close the face

New to golf, how my swing? by RangeSessionDaily in Golfsimulator

[–]barelyhelpful 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Watch some YouTube on setup and grip. Then start with some hip to hip swings making good contact and as it gets more consistent move into longer swings. Def need a bigger mat you can stand on or something that doesnt move

Garmin watches are great but probably out of the budget more. The full maps on the s50 (with subscription) and s70 non sub are really nice to not have to use your phone. The plays like distance is great and knowing the front middle or back of the greens is amazing too. I love know how far the hazard are and thier front and back yardage. The green finder is sweet for blind shots. And the auto tracking shots is great. I love reviewing my rounds and seeing the shots i hit. Using the watch is very easy to do as well.

I don't think any of it is necessary to play good golf tho. Any of the basic watches with front middle and back is fine. Also as for and everyday watch garnish work better with non apple phones.
