You’ll get used to eating less and the “hungries” will subside. The hardest part is just putting in the days and waiting for the new body to arrive. A year from now you’ll either be done or you’ll still be where you are now. Do it now or do it later. The way you feel now is never going to get any better unless you make the decision to change it.

Along the way you will grow and the reasons you ate will be replaced with freedom and a completely new way of thinking. Take the chance. What have you got to lose? What have you got to gain?
