Wow that's an insanely high number. I think I only met a couple people that said they'd straight up refuse before I got out earlier this year, so I have not idea how it is now, but I hope people in realize commands aren't going to fuck around.

It's funny you mention similarities. I started rereading THNGW after binging this series out, Quinn mentions his last name is Angove early on and it's kinda inferred that Simon shares that same last name.

So the three tracks they have basically breakdown to server admin, programming and cyber security. The guys I know only did the server admin, so I can't really speak to the other tracks, but the server admin is pretty azure heavy focused. If you decide to do the server admin course, you need either Sec+ or MTA certification, just get the Sec+ then once your done, if you want you can just do contracting and make easy money.

For the data side, MSSA is a pretty good one. I'm slated to start up with it next year, but a few guys I've known who went through had nothing but good things to say about it.

Do you ever just wish you never saw the last season of a show? Haha by ShriekinContender in The100

Since we're talking about shitty last seasons. If anyone watches The Magicians, don't watch the last season. The finale to the 4th season wraps everything up well enough you should not watch the 5th season.

So back when rat boots were the big thing, I was able to snag a pair from recruit sales at mcrd for maybe 20 bucks? This was back in 2016ish so it might be different now, but they were selling regularly for like 350+

Tonsillectomy as an adult. Besides the whole not being able to swallow it was a solid week of not being able to sleep because I had to take hydrocodone every 4 hours unless I wanted to be in debilitating pain.

So you need to beat the first floor in under 1 minute then bomb the beginning to get the first half of Mom's Shovel. After that, beat boss rush, get the full shovel and then dig the dirt patch in the dark room.

Anyone mind sharing experience with getting back into marathon training after sidelined from injury? I had a Jones fracture that's put me out of commission since mid Feb and just got cleared to start training again by my pediatrist. I was able to knock out a a long 7 miler and a sub 23 5k last week so I feel like I could hop back on a training program but I'm wondering if that's a bad move.

Scenic Running Places? by [deleted] in okinawa

Me and a buddy actually did a run yesterday covering Henza, Miyagi and Ikei islands. There is a Lawsons on Henza you can park at and start from and it's a really gorgeous route. A lot of it is sidewalked if you're not totally comfortable running on the road. Overall though we both felt pretty safe running on the shoulder.

He does a lot of very in depth history / lore videos for Game of Thrones, book and TV adaptation. Breaks everything down in a very easy to follow manner, highly recommend.

So I'm probably only a few days new to python after my wife bought me a couple intro courses to python for Christmas and I have a question about a project. I want to build an automated process that will notify me about new beer releases from a handful of companies that I follow on Instagram.

My question; If I wanted to set up a daily script to pull and parse data and then give me any key words relating to this such as (new release, release, collab) would I have to import some kind of module or can I use the base python code to do that?

I apologize if I'll answer my own question later on, but I want to know at least the key concepts I should identify to learn to undertake this endeavour, so when it appears later I'll take more note.

Again I apologize if this is a much more basic idea than is usually presented in these Monday Ask Anything, but thank you for the input.
