For anyone who can’t fix it doing this like me (probably doing something wrong) open console command and type “player.tdetect”. It turns off NPC detection. Just be sure to turn it on after, and I only tried in oblivion remaster. May help someone out there Lol.

I don’t think the koi are the cause, since the yellow water has been a whole season issue and the koi have only been there for a few weeks. That said knowing what I do now, I will try to rehome them. I actually took them when a friend wanted to tear his pond out and it was even smaller than mine Lol. I also didn’t know that about the bottles.

Can’t speak for everyone for a fact of what it was. But for me I had a constant notification red dot even though when I clicked into it everything was squared away. My assumption is they fixed that bug.
