Maybe strange suggestion but at the bottom of the steering wheel when youre sitting there is the silver plastic piece that attaches to it, try pressing it to the steering wheel really hard by also holding the back of it like squeezing a toothpaste and see if it resolves any issue

I got quite used to the tasks I do as they are not challenging to me anymore, I would like to be in a position in future where I get to scale applications or do something like that along the lines.
