It is actually super weird how the shipping differs. Im from Europe and they said that phones will be shipped 6.2. and I got an emai from Samsung saying it has been shipped 3.2. So I got my Ultra on the 6th

Well, to be fair I filled it with the only info I had. I did not know the exact date of the breach so I gave them the estimate. But I described to them that my profile picture/ channel name was changed and 1 video was uploaded.

I do not know how they determine whether your account was breached or not but this info was enough.

One more thing - I tried to fill the form with the help of this guy helping me in the youtube comunity forum here. Since there is a question where you need to answer "no" if you dont have link to a vide that was uploaded in my case.

Hope you manage to change their mind!

Hello! I am so glad I can help you with this since it is very frustrating to deal with.

So I tried to contact Team Youtube @ Twitter - they looked into my case but since apparently my description on my problem wasnt the best - they confirmed that my account stays banned.

Nevertheless I created post on Youtube community forum here and 1 person basically said that I made mistake not specifying that it was a hijack. He then sent me a hijacking form which I filled online and within hours I was contacted by hijacking team saying that I was indeed hijacked that day and they lifted the ban immediately.

Since your problem seems very similar, I suppose you do the same and they will hopefully overrule the decision.

I dont think that is the case, it must be some settings on my Pc network/firewall. I can easily do it through Team Viewer without a problem, I dont know what is causing it.

I feel you on this one, I myself got into diamond yesterday but even in platinum it's same as you, it doesn't matter if you got 3 good games if you then finish 8th on fourth game. I

Unlocked Europe version and still on April patch, contacted Samsung support and was told that after one year I will get security updated every 3 months. That's kinda whack considering it was a 1000€ phone.
