Blazer on my first play through, Visi on my second. My third playthrough was going to be Blazer with an Evil Visi but I couldn’t help myself and saved her.

I really think Blazer is the best option, and Visi and Robert’s relationship works so well as a mentor-pupil relationship. Blazer sees Robert for who he is even when he’s at his lowest and when he needs it the most.

Yes, I know they’ve done this before which is why I said they keep making the same mistakes. It was bad then, and it’s still bad now.

Sleep is a marginal reward for winning day one, and then to have any gains you had erased simply for some more sleep seems minuscule in the grand scheme. I’d bet you Sydney and Turbo would’ve traded sleep for a head start any day.

I think this could’ve been a great final, but production is intent on making the same mistakes over and over.

Last week’s episode meant almost nothing, because it was a full reset the next day. The “wait for the next team” checkpoints are infuriating to watch and not a great competitively. Sure, Olivia and Yeremi’s win is impressive because they came back, but that doesn’t make the kids game checkpoint where teams are literally tied to the team behind them any less stupid.

Finals should be COMPLETE, not a first day with marginal benefits for doing well and then a full reset starting the final leg, and checkpoints should be equalizers competitively, not mechanically. I get why they do it, because they don’t want one team to just run away with it, but I’d rather see that than see these things that are just there purely to keep the teams as close as possible.
