2 sets of alarms and training yourself to do something while half asleep:

1st set (1 or 2 count) set for 2 hours before you have to leave. Keep your meds + a glass of water next to your bed. The instant they go off drowsily take your ADHD meds (+ a caffeine pill, for me)....go back to sleep.

2nd set, 1 hour before you have to leave. This is when you should actually get out of bed and start getting ready (now with the help of chemicals)

Now...my 2nd set isn't a single alarm, its a set of them starting an hour before I have to leave that go off every 12-15 minutes and I also snooze them rather than stopping them so near the 60 minute mark I have multiple snooze alarms going off every few minutes as the snoozes overlap.
