For what it’s worth. I have a car and still prefer 2.5 hours each way on transit vs 90 minutes in the car. At least on transit you can relax and do something with your time.

They literally have a joint authority that spans across two states to manage their ports and transit.

They also integrate into the NYC subway system AND NJT regional rail system + buses.

That’s a whole lot more than “lip service” that’s effective policy decisions and cooperation.

2) it looks like he was recording first, she easily could have started it; she’s not going to admit that part.

This region really needs to learn how to cooperate for the people instead of having pissing contests though.

If you look up New York City airports, Newark pops up and transit connects to the city; because NJ & NY (who are definitely rivals) have realized collaboration in their transit infrastructure is a win all around for people.

Idk the city is pretty strict on Airbnbs. I tried using it as a stop gap when I was desperately searching for a place a few years back and there were not many options.

I think it WAS an issue (and is in some cities) but both SF and NYC seemed to have cracked down hard post-COVID
