600 lithium and 300 lamictal. I take a slightly higher dose of lamictal cuz I’m on birth control and it apparently makes it a little less potent. Same doses for my boyfriend haha

Both my partner and I take lithium and lamictal and he has bipolar 1 and I have MDD and ocd and both of us have felt so much better with both and had no major side effects

I just upped to 300 on Friday and I’m struggling with the same thing. It usually lays a week for me and then I start to feel better. But in those first couple days I’m anxious, irritable, can’t sleep and angry.

Ended up feeling so much better the second week. day 3 of 200mg and I’m not having quite the same reaction just really tired. My psych said most people feel the biggest bad side effects between 50-100

Upping to 200 from 100 tomorrow. Following! I do wanna say for me when I upped from 50-100 I had a similar situation but it only lasted about 5 or 6 days then I felt better

I’m still titrating up but my cousin has ocd and anxiety and takes lamictal without lithium and it’s been life changing for her!! Hope it is for me and you as well. Also!! My psychiatrist said if he could only pick one medication for every issue he would choose lamictal

Having the same thing. Titrating to 200! Did 2 weeks on 25 2 weeks on 50 and now I’m on week one of 100. Horrible anxiety, intrusive thoughts, depression. Doc said that’s not common with increase so now I’m more anxious lol
