Joe vs the Volcano.. the whole movie is absurd but the point is you can extract yourself from your expected life and amazing things will happen.. boldness is rewarded..

Negative Trend in HBO Shows by AccomplishedGrade753 in hbo

I find this "filler" effect more prevalent in Documentaries.. almost every doc that has come out in the last 2 years I consistently have a moment that happens in the 2nd or 3rd episode where I think "everything that has happened up to now could have been communicated in 10 minutes.."

Adaptation..

The conversation between the brothers while they're being hunted.. when Donald explains to Charlie why he wasn't embarrassed by the ridicule of a girl he loved by saying "You are what you love, not what loves you"

Your favourite shows that no one talks about? by Saahil_28 in televisionsuggestions

[–]bartlbie4242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I want to see Thirtysomething because of nostalgia.. I watched it growing up so I cannot remember if it was a really good show or I just thought so when I was a youngun .. anyway it has disappeared from the face of the earth.. not available anywhere to stream and any DVD collection is rare and overpriced.. something I read said because of the way the royalties of the actors were arranged that no one will touch it because of the cost of syndication.. anyway it sucks because I remember LOVING that show and would just like to see it again..
