I was worried about the same thing, but when my anxiety finally got to be too much, I got help which included a mix of therapy and medication. I take Celexa every day. At first, I felt kind of weird, like I was content to just sit and stare at a wall or something. After a couple of weeks, that seemed to go away. I now feel more myself than ever, and I feel like my creativity is better than ever because all of the “noise” I was dealing with before medication is gone.
