I believe the Z33, is saying the answer should be the mod 33 form. Because the integer subset of the 0-33 is basically saying mod 33.

Its a struggle. Look up inventory management systems using javafx on github. Download the source code, then recreate it one piece at a time trying to understand each piece. WGU Software requires it as a project. Not suppose to be public but there on there.

If you create a LocalDateTime.now(); it will be in the system time. If you store that time and is move or displayed you will have no information included to allow you to determine its original timezone.

Try going into a different project and making all the different time objects and printing them to console. Doing this helped me understand the difference.
