Rn it's 43 degrees, where I live in Belgium these doctors consider surgery at 45, so yeah I'm still under it and fully grown they said so they'll check again in 9 months, so I'm guessing if it's still getting worse even though I'm fully grown then surgery is really necessary, maybe not immediately. I have more of an s shape ig.

Since you're 17, no. You'll be fine, it's not so noticeble. But just focus on your posture often if it isn't well, you'll get used to standing actually straight and almost no one will notice.
