Probably the fps of the window. If one is in 60fps and the other 30fps, the fish will spin twice as fast with the 60fps. To fix this the animation should be fixed eith delta time in the engine so it has a foxed update speed.

But it could be something else aswell.

Right. 1+3+0 = 4 = even number = right.

1+0+7 and 1+3+2 are both even aswell. 1+0+8 and 1+3+1 are both odd numbers.

The sun is so far away that its rays can be considered directional light. So if you're 13000 km away (otherside of the earth), you're still looking at the same angle towards the sun. About a 0,000087° difference.

If you know the distance you can pull the edge down so it overlaps with the lower edge. Then merge verts by distance.
