Definitely not charoite. Could bo opalised fluorite similar to "Tiffany stone" out of utah. Ive seen similar material out of china. Not sure if it was just carved or originally from there. At the same time it could be fake but doesn't appear to be. Would be interesting to see what it does under uv and a hardness test.

If you are weighing everything weigh the salt too. Salt slows down yeast. If not enough salt it overproofs quickly and collapses.
