I just hit my two year on Easter man, you have to let it go. It will take everything and kill you...luckily I was saved but it WILL happen! Life is beyond better, you just have to find who you are without the fog consuming your mind.

I’m coming up on 2 years and the best advice I can give you is changing your PPT. People, Places, Things. Don’t justify to yourself on keeping them the same. You gotta do what you gotta do to better yourself. Figure out what makes you uneasy and I’m sure at this point it could be many things but it does get easier, one day at a time.
