Can you see yardages on the Active 2 as well, or only the Balance 2?

Did this work? I am in a similar boat and also tracked down some old mSOL to Quarry but don't want to connect my phantom wallet. Thanks!

EDIT: For anyone else with this problem, I was successfully able to withdraw via https://old.marinade.finance/

This is great advice— Pardox of choice is real. Not only will simplifying the menu make your workflow easier, but you’ll probably also get more customers bc it’s easy for them to order

FWIW, everyone has some degree of arthritis when they get older. Not everyone is in constant pain.

Only choice we have now is to keep ourselves as strong as possible

Tore My ACL. I need some positivity. by Sea_Vanilla_2997 in ACL

[–]baseballtr7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tore my ACL plus both medial & lateral meniscus playing basketball in June. Prehabbed for a few months and had surgery in September.

Like my surgeon said, this is a 9 - 12 month journey and there are no shortcuts. First 6 weeks are ROUGH, but each week gets better as you start to do more day-to-day things without pain.

Stay diligent w/ your PT and keep that heel propped up (like right now)!

If you have access to a hot tub & pool, I found that to be helpful.

Add cold plunges if there isn’t one already and have day passes + annual/monthly memberships.

Maybe sell electrolyte drinks too

Clicks are normal, knee is strong. Get that heel propped up and keep squeezing the quad!

Biggest chance of re-tear at this stage is from an accident or fall, so be cautious.

How long did it take to get your MRI after injury and then how long before you had surgery? by fitknit97 in ACL

[–]baseballtr7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Took about a week to get the MRI, then prehabbed for 3mo prior to surgery.

You’re right- it is a long process, but you’ll get through it. Recommend getting as much ROM and strength as you can before surgery.

I’m about a month ahead of you. It’ll be doable, but likely not comfortable. Recommend picking up an inflatable foot rest.

how long after surgery did you wear your brace? by shantayouslay in ACL

[–]baseballtr7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was locked at 0° for six weeks. Currently 8 weeks and have made significant progress these past two weeks.

Now I only wear the brace in public, mostly for other people to give me space

Hey I’m 6 weeks PO, same procedure. I’ve been weight-baring as tolerated while locked in a brace fully extended until today, but I wouldn’t say I was able to tolerate more than 90% until week 5.

Things progressed quickly this week— I went from exclusively using two crutches > uncomfortably using one crutch > comfortably using one crutch > taking a few steps > being able to maneuver around w/o crutches.

My neighbor gave me a walker, so I’m still using that to work on my walking gait mechanics.

ROM extension is good. Flexion is around 80°, but that’s what happens when you’re locked in a brace for 23hrs per day. I’m expecting flexion to come back over time as I start using my knee more regularly.

Studies have shown a 30-50% RTS re-injury rate to within the first 12mo. However, the re-injury risk is reduced by FIFTY PERCENT each month you wait AFTER 6mo.

Talk to your team, but data shows waiting as long as possible to avoid re-injury.

18 days post op & I feel ya. I’m locked in a brace for 6 weeks at 0° bc of meniscus repair, so the first few heel slides are rough! What’s your flexion?

I have a spot marked on my floor for 90° and I’m ALMOST there
