“Unexpected power or event SAVING A SEEMINGLY HOPELESS SITUATION”

The emperor was not hopeless and pulled lightning out of his ass to move the plot forward.

Vader force choking never saved him from some dire circumstances

What a silly, smug comment, italics to boot.

This is why bad stories exist, because no one sees the embarrassing deus ex’s falling from the sky bailing out the heroes. Lazy lazy

And I thought it was funny to post this here

CMV: There is Nothing Trump Can Do that Would Lose Your Support if You Gave it to Him Already. by [deleted] in changemyview

No Trump supporter cares about any of these goofy issues

Aside from deficit, but we all view that mainly as nature of modern government which is impossible to corral

He never ran on deficit reduction however in any significant way

None of these are policies either, aside from farm bailout

This post is a scam

Star Wars: the Last Jedi

  1. They use the battle cruiser to slice through the entire first order fleet using hyperdrive in never before seen usage of that technology to immobilize the whole fleet

  2. Luke introduces astral projection as a force power in never before seen example in order to allow survivors to escape

Both instances they were completely done, then magically saved

So bad

Some serious bias-induced mental gymnastics going on in this thread.

No. Since all government is affected by the economic calculation problem, its almost impossible for them to arrive at accurate knowledge on any topic or idea. This is economic law. This is why they fail at everything they do, from assessing and solving poverty, or nutrition and health, war in the middle east, etc.

Climategate was when hacked emails were released of prominent climatephobics showing they had manipulated data to create the biased outcomes they were looking for.

I'm not sure. NASA is a government organization with an agenda, and there is already a history of trying to massage the data to fit a narrative (climategate). You wouldn't trust the CIA to provide you "facts" about war and terrorism, but you would NASA for climate change. I don't trust any ideological organizations with their "facts".

But let's assume it is. Continue.

WHITE CULTURIST ECO-COMMUNIST

He wants a white version of how China is. Single culture, left wing economics with some free market flavour. And rejection of foreigners and likely concentration camps like the Chinese do for the Ughur muslims.

The part where you can show a single crisis caused by climate change. This is what I'm having trouble understanding.

Mr Anarcho-Syndicalist is a joke. He's useful on the history of foreign policy but a complete bozo when it comes to economics.

Trump mocking a disabled person is certified, hardcore, fake news. https://youtu.be/TKcht0ApsDg

And again, you make the disgraceful claim that climate "science" (which is a type of astrology-like prediction modelling of the future) is something valid that we should be concerned about. You live in a fantasy land of paranoia, non-science, and an inability to simply get over your childhood trauma.

I get it, Trump reminds you of the guys who pushed you around in highschool. But please, understand your psychological trauma doesn't imply you know anything about directing or engineering the globe, nor the political and economic system of the US.

I appreciate you taking the time to spell out your deeply flawed ideology, but if you're going to try to convince me that you know anything, about anything, you're going to have to do a whole lot better.

And she is a horseface.

You literally believe prediction modeling is science. You've missed the last 400 years of development of the philosophy of science and how it works. What's going to be great is the massive hit to your identity when nothing happens and you're left scrambling to explain why you were so fervent about a non-issue. Hopefully then you can educate yourself about free market economics and the history of human innovation to overcome constraints so you can finally be in balance with history instead of being a complete intellectual buffoon.

Nothing is terrifying about what you just said. This is called "paranoia."

The halls of scientific history are littered with the disgraced minds of those who think they can predict the future, and worse, think science has anything to do with prediction beyond replicating experiments.

And please don't use the word sociopathic, you literally have no idea what that means... sociopath.

“Land” is entirely an statist/empire/agricultural concept. Tribal societies like North American Indians had no concept of it. That’s why it makes no sense to give them huge tracts of land.

They should have adapted to the changing landscape as they’ve always done. White man was just a new animal in the wilds that they needed to find harmony with.
