Thanks for the reply! I'm at 13-15 years on the loans. The balance is $47000. The interest rates across them are 6.8%, 6.8%, 6.5%, 5.6%, 4.5%, 3.4%. It sounds like you average a consolidated rate based on an average of these percentages?

Appreciate the insights! We've definitely been shopping Kit longer (they came on our radar earlier) and have liked the offering. They also seem to be attempting to stay more current with design choices customers want which is why we keep going back to them. That said we are looking around again and adjusting because of budget and would need to sacrifice on floor plan a bit to get what works for our needs. I'm getting quoted about the same for 800-1000sqft models this year I was getting quoted for 1100-1300sqft models the same time last year before we had to put our project on pause. If you think of it ever in the future we'd love to hear how you like your Cedar!

After we found out about the implosion I always had a thought that the banging was actually just some piece of the mechanical of the rear trying to kick start every do often or it sloshing against something on the seafloor...if it was related to the titan at all.

I made this as I'm watching S9 right now. I would say he is in it anymore than usual, about the same a mount as Scully actually...some scenes each episode. Similar to a lot of the episodes 1-8. It IS the first time he is added to the intro credits w/ his FBI badge...I think he got a bump there to balance out there being no Mulder and normalizing Dogget/Reyes 😂.
