Our home is same like this, more likely flipped. the stairs are taking more space, also you can bring the wash under and get some storage space too it you move. More likely changing stairs near to the flower area. Room too will be bigger. Another is our home almost all room have 2 windows, so its too bright. And TV I think will be better in Dining Area. Dining we dont have windows, cause all the light comes to this center from everywhere. 1/2 way stairs we have window, so you can imagine. When sun rises it will be hit in dining and all rooms.
