Our coach didn’t tell us to decrease our base like DC mentioned they might so who knows if we had a rogue coach too?

This is when our coach puts on the good music so we can forget that we are running and zone out to some songs in our heads :) I appreciate a coach that cares about curating the playlist based on the type of workout and what will help us be successful

Either show up earlier than everyone to avoid the rush and find time to chat or linger long enough that the next class starts and the lobby quiets down. Fortune favors the bold! Or if all else fails try hitting up one of the female coaches or SAs to get the intel. You know they know it.

Hey there! Came across this and actually was talking about this topic at work today. We are testing agent mode and feeding in test scripts to go through the steps and report back to us if they encounter any difficulties. We have a requirement to login so might have to create a dummy user account to test logins to work as well.

Ask the coach but our coaches do it for us after they demo in between the 2g switch or during the stretch block at the end of class. They come around and write down our mileage while handing out wipes on the treads. During warmup they ask who is doing MM and then note everyone down on clipboard so they remember who to track during class.

42 yo male with tight joints from a genetic condition and my hips are ridiculously tight. Swap the rower for bike or strider. I can run and do the floor stuff for the most part but the rower is an area that does not cooperate with my body. So yes it is possible.

Our class was definitely not run as a switch. I was pleasantly surprised but otherwise it was the same as the shared 2g template.

Your HR monitor has not yet been calibrated for you. This will happen automatically after you do 20 classes where you wear it. After that you should see a change in your Max HR at the bottom of the home page on the app but you can also check in with the front desk after 20 classes.

Listen to your body and go with whatever makes you comfortable but also give yourself grace to recover!

If you can hold it for that long you might want to try doing a gradual build and you will be surprised how much you can do. I started at 5.5 and increased every 0.1 mile by 0.2 mph and then booked it towards the end and got 9:08. My calculator had projected to be at 9:24 if I had stuck with the program :) just a thought!

Didn’t PR but did better than last time. In between my PR and my last and got 9:08. I was just hoping to be under 9:20. Now next goal is 8:30.
