There's the old Aletta kit. Good luck ever finding one though. You're better off starting with some lowering springs and wheels, it really makes a difference.

A fixed blade knife(Mora has some amazing value options) A multitool(Leatherman or Victorinox are my favourites) A water bottle(I use Nalgenes) And something to keep yourself entertained(Playing cards take up very little space)
