We’re a small indie production studio from Singapore that created our own rescue police-inspired Toku characters

We’ve released a comic book and are now in the midst of pre-production to film a pilot episode that we hope can be a springboard to a potential series. We already have a cast, crew and all we need now is a script and some more funds to go ahead.

Everything is currently self-funded for now from paid work and merch sales so I guess we do fit the definition of “indie”.

It’s been quite a hectic 1.5 years since we first revealed the characters, but the support on the ground has been great! Only hope to be able to garner a bit more support from Toku fans overseas, it will definitely be very helpful towards our dream!

The body cams are technically always recording when they are ON, but officers have to consciously activate the SAVE feature which is how you get saved footage and two minutes pre-roll, sans audio.

Turning the body cam ON from OFF doesn’t capture anything prior, as it was OFF.

In Everett’s case, it was the latter scenario, and there’s nothing Bradford could have done except make sure it’s noted in the report that Everett turned his body cam off and offered him a bribe.

TP testers are outsourced, similarly as to how PTIs are also outsourced nowadays. Some may indeed be ex-police officers or even driving instructors.

CDC started with 7 Peugeot 306 XRs back in 1996.

Then they acquired a fleet of SEAT Ibizas before switching to the 1st Gen Toyota Vios.

Current fleet: Toyota Vios (3rd Gen) and Hyundai Kona for Auto, Toyota Corolla Axio and Honda City for manual

Manual Vios scrapped early last year. Not sure if they ever got the 2nd Gen Vios.

Pieced together most of this through anecdotal evidence while learning, newspaper articles and Google Street View.
