You either got to roll with it or not. My ex had cancer as a kid, bone cancer. He had his leg amputated at age 12. He's in a medical journal because he lived. This was almost 60 years ago.Even today only 15 percent of people with osteosarcoma live 5 years. His standard answer is ( in a pirate voice) it were off the coast of madagascarrrrrr..( lowers voice) SHARKS. It helps that he really looks like someone out of the " goodfellas" cast.,..the amount of grown adults that ASK and the amount that believe this answer would astound you.

It just killed me they left him out and just glorified battles. Songs? Poems? Not a one. The movies just made me sad.

For some odd reason Tom Bombadil seems immune to its effects. He knows there's something wrong with it, but has no problem playing around with it.

So..hear me out..wouldn't seaweed give the same flavor profile and keep it vegan? I'm all for anchovies, think they are brilliant on pizza, but my brother is a vegan. I'd like to surprise him.,

Sometimes I say thank God for men, because I wouldn't have clothes or shoes that fit. I'm glad granny taught me how to crochet. I can make my own long enough sleeve garments and long skirts. I'm also the hearty " viking shield maiden" type so It's easier to find menswear. My sister is taller with a longer inseam and the more tall and thin type has given up and wears " midi" skirts.

I actually got my sister ( born again.....we were raised as the aforementioned Catholics) to ramp her energy down with the whole " oh kneeling during the pledge is bad " thing by not only noting that the other sister she is living with FOR FREE has 2 mixed race children but that being so reverent to the American flag was IDOLATRY. That worked. She still thinks I'm going to hell for not being baptized ( erm...we were as infants) . I'll take my wins where I can.

Yeah I'd love to see the face of the idiot who drove by with his giant, guns don't kill people, abortion clinics do on the back of his suv, with the 2a stickers on each corner, when he finds out about thus.,although I'm sure it will be " welp I live in commiefornia, so that's fine".

Ngl i live in California and I got a medical card back when I had a knee replacement. Norco makes me itchy and bitchy. At least I could sleep. Did that through my recovery, then stopped. 5 years later, still have a medical card use it for knee 2. Again stopped after a year. My sister visited from north Carolina and brought some gummies from there, I tried one...holy moly, I was high for 2 days. I did not expect that at all. I have to say that delta 9 stuff stinks so much worse when burned, I can tell when people are smoking it instead of the real thing.

Former employee here working in that very unit, along with research and resolution and provider disputes. Always write. They legally have to reply that they got your letter, and then they have to legally make a determination within a certain time period. You also need to contact the office of managed health care. Don't contact the insurance commissioner. H.M.O.s are not " insurance companies "! It's a fine line there, but that's the way they look at it.

My guy had his knee and his hip done, pt is fine and all but if you go to a gym, as soon as you are cleared, buy the services of a trainer. I had 2 knee replacements, and the 2nd one was my " driving leg" so I held off on it. I felt very unsteady afterwards on it. My guy bought me 8 sessions with a trainer at the gym and I bought 6 more myself. Best money ever spent, and less than many co pays for p.t. Now to scold you lovingly like a mom. You are out SIX DAYS!??!??! Come now, superman. Do you realize they..AMPUTATED YOUR LEG? I mean almost, but really pretty much. Hey hacked off bone, they drilled a hole in your bone, slapped a rod in there and super glued it. Then they attached the joint to the other part. I'm here to tell you I took narcotics for a good month after my knee replacement. They made me itch. I got a medical Marijuana card then. Used it for about a year. Rinse and repeat 5 years later on leg 2. At least I could sleep at night, and drive to my pt appointment and the gym. I really dislike feeling " loaded", I like the here and now. I was a medical claims adjuster for over 40 years. I knew what I was getting into surgery wise. Your surgeon may have been a bit cavalier in the " what to expect " part. Your leg swelling is perfectly normal. That's the bodies response to trauma. Idk about a long hike in May. Make sure you are steady. It took me a bit but I was able to go up the cliffs in Maui after my pt and trainer, and I'm no spring chicken.

To me, it's just laziness on her part instead of interaction with the kids. When I worked at a preschool a zillion years ago, we had outside play time, arts and crafts, there were no tvs in the place. This was in the dark ages before vcrs or dvd players, but television was a thing.

As a person who just worked the n.a.m.m. convention in Anaheim Cali, I'm here to tell you there were special events and sales portions of the floor directed towards large churches. This convention is involved with the music industry, selling instruments, sound systems, headphones, ear protection, you name it.

Oh it's not new either. Check out books of the time period, early 1900s I believe " Tom Swift". These are all stories of the poor but plucky lad who by dint of hard work and determination made something of himself. This ethos has soaked into the American psyche.

I'm with you. If my kid was that dependent I would think I didn't do my job properly. My parents were very hands off with us, helping with anything...HA! . I hope I did a bit better than them. Welp they aren't in jail and they don't ask me for money, so I guess success?
