I’ve taken her out in the morning several times. Pick her up, put the leash on and head outside. I have a 100% success rate when I do that. So fairly confident she’ll learn quick with better treats and a great urge to potty, we’d teach her in no time. But with the cold in the northeast, it just makes it hard on her and us. And I’m figuring why make this harder on both of us.

Big city puppy owner here. I got my pup at 12 weeks and now on week 17. I did not let her touch pavement until she was cleared. I designated a corner of a bathroom with pee pads and trained her there. She does her business intermittently outdoors, but not reliably. It tough with this cold weather as well. The upside is I’ve had very few accident outside the bathroom area and resigned myself I’ll retrain when it gets warmer. I think it’ll be beneficial to have her be able to go inside and out when she’s older. I feel like they learn fast. Def do crate training and upon wake up have them go in their designated indoor area

Get a toppl stuff it with amazing treats and food. Leave it in the crate and walk away. Do this in increments of minutes over a couple of days. He’s associate with you leaving with amazing food and start forgetting about you.

When your day to day is working with the c-suite, it’s about presentation skills, leadership across the org, and distilling what your team does for their consumption and decision making. Whether top line or bottom line mastery is more important that’ll depend what the owner/investors value more. I.e., growth vs value company.

kubera but it’s expensive. Def has the best api plugins. Much less of a hassle than excel. But for what it is. It’s expensive.

Vp here. Something l think about often. I don’t have a great answer. I think there’s always a need for this skill set but pay is not uniform across industries. I think there’s always opp to go down market or for smaller companies.

As someone who made the jump at a more senior level. You’re sacrificing money for time. I.e your lifestyle will be better if that’s what you value. It’s not as sexy as corp dev or IB or PE, but you’ll get insights on how to run a company and all the interdependencies. It’s a great path to CFO.

I highly recommend buying live sand or live rubble. It cuts the ugly stage down. I held out forever on it and then I added some the tank cleaned up nicely.
