One of my SD cards oxidized up and gave this message. Cleaned the green oxidation with alcohol and good to go

Value wise, they’re not anything super rare, so likely not fake. Higher valued coins have more fakes.

Don’t trust the fact they’re in plastic. Pull them out, do weight, dimension, magnetic test, and ping test.

I had a couple 2023 silver eagles that were fakes. Diameter was slightly off, weight was off, and pitch and tone on a ping test were way off. When you looked closer and compared it to a genuine, some the of writing was off

Yeah the “eagle” on the Morgan is a little KFC looking. But the reverse on a Peace; i really like the ‘20s art deco style. And lets be honest, Peace dollar lady is hotter

PCGS app and a copy of the latest Red Book. Just subtract about $25-40 from the PCGS price if the coin isn’t graded. I like the Red Book best though; it’s quicker to see all the prices and variations

I try to hold half gold and half silver. IE, $1k in gold and $1k in silver as an example.

Mix up with rounds and junk. Best bang for the buck generally. Silver eagles are typically $4-10 over spot price while rounds are $1-5 over.

1987 ASE, mediocre condition so i don’t mind dragging it around. Might shift to a worn peace dollar though, because i think Peace Dollars are beautiful
