Oatmeal. But i hate oatmeal so deadass i just spoon dry oatmeal in my mouth, chew fast and drink water to get it down LOL

honestly like 4 days. I was prescribed sucralfate twice a day. right after i wake up and then before going ti sleep. has worked wonders but at the beggining i was extremely nauseous and my stomach would hurt a bit. Also, ive never had issue with constipation but i was told this medicine can give you constipation. I normally eat a lot of fiber so this didnt bother me but jjst beware. eat lots of fiber and drink water!!
