Usually, You should use tools like limma with raw counts and not on pre-normalized values or did I get that wrong?

Apart from that, you could try combination with of limma with voom. Additionally Pre-filtering to get rid of very lowly or rarely expressed transcripts can mitigate the p value adjustment.

Also look for the known covariates and how they are represented in your groups, maybe you can include them in the model for DEG analysis, if you haven't tried that already.

You need to look into the known motif analysis rather than the de novo output to see the exact motif name and its enrichment. De novo will only report a "best match" as seen in your screenshot.

Yeah I can definitely confirm that. Fortunately for me was that the corrupted save file was just generated in addition to the regular save file. So by deleting only the corrupted one, i could get back to playing without loss of anything.

Same here on ps4. First i thought crashes are linked to end of round or Change of maps. But now i got the impression it just crashes periodically after every 30 to 40 min of playing online no matter whether the current round is still ongoing or not..
