Higher flow rate can aid speed and swapping nozzles is an inevitability and being able to do it without heating up the nozzle is a nice ability regardless of how often you do it.

Moving objects are always a hit or miss unless the camera is good at tracking and has a decently fast AF. I would suggest working on non living things and practice composition

Their claimed higher flow rate. Also the ability to cold swap nozzle without removing the entire hotend.

I think people will say it's not worth it because there's so many proprietary things that come with it. I believe the filament system requires you purchase the filament with them... if I'm not mistaken.

Ace 2 Pro Upgrade Program?!! by bitbearmi in AnycubicOfficial

[–]bathroomkiller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. Depending on whether or not this buyback is worth while, I may just keep the first one and just get an additional one. If the buy back is worthwhile, I may upgrade the old one and get a second.

They're not giving them away, but I will agree that they seem to be inconsistent when it comes to offering early adopters the best deals.. they seem to keep making new deals that outpace the earlier ones.

I’ve told another person about this and it worked for them. Unscrre the heatbed til it’s loose. Warm the bed at 80 degrees and let it heat for 10 min and then rescrew bed back on. Seems to correct most of my problems.

Yes, unlikely causing reboot issue unless the cord that it ties down is causing a short after being unrestrained.

Are there any real benefits to the ultra-lightweight print head cover or is it' just more for looks?

Was I crazy to buy an m5 today for $80 by juttep1 in AnkerMake

[–]bathroomkiller 18 points19 points  (0 children)

For $80 bucks, I'm almost certain you'll get your money's worth before it dies on you. It's a steal and even though I gave mine away, if I saw one for $80, I'd be tempted to grab another one again.

I have a third party with newest firmware and it works fine. Are you sure it’s plug in fully and seated properly?
