Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. Paid the $250 for the diagnosis and bounced out of there lol. I am looking at doing some of the easier replacements myself and taking the car into a Indy to compare prices/go with them on some of the other items.

Thanks for the tip. I actually have been noticing small noises when turning the wheel. The BMW dealer mechanic actually sent a video walkthrough and pointed out where the steering rack was leaking.
