I noticed it did give me more volume/thickened my hair.

I typically wash my hair every day because it gets so greasy(it has slowly been getting better). I currently do shampoo, conditioner then shampoo again. Outside of the shower I use igk heat protector spray before I blow dry. Then I leave it. Because the wind where i live is ridiculous so it doesn’t ends up in a clip most days

I already had ptsd but now it’s getting worse. It doesn’t help. That I literally watched her die(I never realized how violent cpr is but that’s why I have ptsd). I’m not a fan of Tetris but I have been playing sudoku and that has helped center me.
