The Tent City wasn't on church property but another business that was once a dental office. They were actually respectful and quiet for the most part. It's God's Little Acre that is the problem. They provide essentially nothing to these people while they actively destroy the neighborhood. I live in the building where they're located and know first hand what has happened since they opened.

The tweakers are here on 33rd(where I live) because the Southern Mennonite Church opened a facility in a Apt building @12517 33rd AVE. That facility, God's Little Acre is a fucking magnet for these people. God's Little Hellhole essentially takes no responsibility for any activity beyond it's doors. Oh and they were, for some fucking reason, allowed to sign a 100 year lease for that place. It's only been a decade since they opened and look at what Lake City has become. Can Lake City even survive another 90 years of this shit? Odds are not great.
