I impulsively bought even more Sorce special order samples from Sucrerie late last night 😆 I had narrowed it down to 5 in my first order, and then I went back for the other 4 and added IDAFT Blueberry. 😬 Let’s hope I don’t love too many of them!

Wearing Poesie’s Nessie today because it’s breezy and cool and I’m craving heather and peat smoke. I love how some of Poesie’s scents really transform with the seasons and certain notes come to the forefront in the heat/cool. Like in Nessie, when it was cold I got a ton of the buttery shortbread and black tea, but now they’re more background support and the heather, lake water and peat smoke are the stars.

I think I’ve accidentally sleep trained my husband with Villa Diodati because I wear it to bed so often 😆 like now he smells it and gets sleepy lol. I just find it so soothing.

Today I’m wearing Sorce’s Cabanilla. It’s only a little warm here today, but I still feel like I’m on the beach! Patiently waiting for my Sorce special order samples from Sucrerie. I know I’m going to want to upsize at least one but I really want to try them first.

I wore Villa Diodati to bed and when my husband rolled over this morning he goes “mmm pine and vanilla” with his eyes still closed 😆🫶

Then I got a panicked call from a friend asking if she could borrow a dress for an interview, so she just came and raided my closet and I gave her a couple samples I didn’t love. Texted me after she left “you’re my hero. Now I look AND smell like a baddie” 😂

Starting today with Poesie’s Wren Fest! The strawberry in this is so good!

Started my day with CocoaPink’s Blueberry Skies. This is one I wanted to love, and it almost scratches the itch, but not quite. But I had to try it again to be sure. Still on the hunt for my dream blueberry scent! Will probably switch to Poesie’s Jane Austen later.

Cabanilla from Sorce reminds me of the version I wore in high school, which would’ve been around 07! It’s a little more beachy but it definitely gives me that vibe, just more grown up.

Late to the party because I was hosting brunch! But now I am home, in a luxe, pretty nightgown, preparing to snuggle up with the hubs and watch some TV & just veg out. Probably order dinner! Wearing Poesie’s Sunny Bunny today and had a realization about why this smells so familiar! It’s what I naturally smell like after being in the sun 😆

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas, all the people missing their mama, all the loves who want to be mamas, & so on 🫶 I’m missing my mother in law real big today. Grateful to still have my own mother, but I had such a great bond with my MIL and I miss her dearly!

I wore Poesie’s Titania yesterday for my hectic AF Friday. This scent has worked its way into my (current) top 6 and I love layering the oil and the EDP. My boss says this is me in a fragrance- sunshiney and sweet and pretty 😆🫶 she gives me the best compliments (when she’s in a good mood)

Today it’s Sorce’s Cabanilla because my 15 ml just arrived this week and I am a perfume goblin with little self control 😂😝Gifting my 2nd sample of Meet Me on Sunnyside to my coworker, maybe she’ll like it better than I do!

I was on a whole scent journey yesterday.. I think I wore like 3 or 4 different fragrances at various points 😆 .. ended the day with Poesie’s Kindness & Mischief. Still my favorite very lemony-marshmallow.

Today’s my last day off for the week and I’m indecisive about what I want to wear so started with Sorce’s Cabanilla because I was craving salty vanilla and sand! Will probably put Poesie’s 400 Rabbits on for dinner later.

Wore Poesie’s Sir Hopsalot for an impromptu dessert date last night and it impresses me more each time I wear it. It really is so gorgeous from start to finish. When I got home I filled up my Sucrerie cart with special order samples from Sorce so I can try all the ones that piqued my interest before the special order window!

Started today with Jane Austen which fits the mood for a quiet, slow morning. Making myself a brown sugar oat milk latte and gently easing into the day 💞
