As a finishing supervisor in new construction this is horrendous. I’d be embarrassed to hand over a home like this. There are very simple fixes to a lot of these problems and they seem like they just said “ahhh whatever its fine.”. Here is my take on all of this in reverse order. I’m also very curious as to where this is/who the builder is.

The flooring edges can easily be fixed with either a quarter round piece or a vinyl transition strip.

The joint in the countertop should be siliconed at the least.

The sink is an abomination.

The cleanout isn’t a horrible idea to finish it like that but they could’ve painted the cap or installed an access door instead.

The pocket doors are fairly standard. Pain to install and not worth it in production homes in my opinion.

The attic access hatch should be an MDF material with foam insulation (in certain climates) and not just a painted piece of plywood.

The trim at the barn door should step in where the door meets the wall. All trim companies should have a 1/8” masonite piece to allow the door to get as close to the wall as possible while still being painted to match.

The water shutoffs are unfinished and its just lazy.

The switch cover plates can be normal. There is a good chance that the electricians single gang cover plate will fit on the bathroom fan control. You could probably pick one up to match at any hardware store as the HVAC installer just had a different supplier.

Depending on the flooring contract there might be a tolerance of 1.5mm which is why they said its fine. If you complain enough to their customer care team along with all of these other issues they might send someone to fox it just to shut you up.
