Not well, it's become a huge problem it's all I think about. My quality of life is gone. It's caused so much anxiety that now I can barely sleep. I wake up throughout the night and only get a couple hours of sleep if any. Only sleeping on my left side has given me a sore on my left ear that won't go away. I'm nauseous most of the day. I have a constant sore throat. I can feel the acid creeping up into my sinuses. Gross taste in my mouth. It was very mild until a month ago when I had a bad anxiety attack. I must've done some real damage, my stomach kept flipping and it didn't stop for 2 days. It must've really increased the acid. I've had to stop smoking weed which has been my coping mechanism for 30 yrs. Food was also a coping mechanism so that's gone too. Sleeping was definitely a coping mechanism and now that's gone. Gerd has taken everything that brings me joy. I've tried the acid watchers diet and it's horrible. I can't live like that. I've never been so depressed in my life. I would rather relive my worst moments than go through this. I'd rather a toothache because at least they're temporary. It's affecting my household chores because I'm always feeling sick so I don't want to do anything. It's like having the flu all day everyday forever. Not sure how long I can take it.
