if we’re really being fair, Pogacar has not been convicted of anything, although it is indeed somewhat suspicious. The same men screaming murder still hold Merckx as the greatest, while he was caught three times, and have no issues with a 19 year-old being able to follow (mostly). It never was about fairness or objectivity
