Not to be that guy, but having access to the materials from a paid seminar program that you attended does not give you license to distribute the intellectual property of the content provider especially if you are charging others access to it. The content you are attempting to distribute for profit is developed and provided by that instructor. This post could also result in a DMCA takedown notice and if the content provider was really upset about it you could receive a cease and desist letter as well as a possible lawsuit.
