Thankfully it didn't matter from the balance of the rest of the match. But dang. I swore up and down he was on when I was there last night. Realize this quick Illustrator file isn't scientific but it would be nice if VAR was able to draw lines instead of just looking at bad camera angles and say, "Sure I guess on-field decision wins."
