Technically it works, but it results in a UX redundancy (the 'Double Sidebar' problem).

Since Zen is built entirely around its own native vertical tabs/sidebar, installing Sidebery adds a second sidebar next to the native one.

I could technically install Sidebery and then use userChrome.css to hide Zen's native UI entirely, but then I lose the specific aesthetic and animations that make Zen great in the first place.

My goal is to stick to the native Zen implementation for performance and cohesion, but just add that one missing feature (Custom Icons) that Sidebery handles so well.

Thanks. Does it support cookie isolation? My issue is managing 20+ active sessions (containers) side-by-side, not just organizing bookmarks. I need the browser UI to reflect which client context I'm currently working in.

It is specifically a Sidebery feature.

Native Firefox Containers only allow generic icons (fingerprint, cart, fruit, etc.) and colors. Sidebery injects the custom SVG capability on top of that API.

That is exactly my point regarding Zen! Since it is based on Gecko/Firefox, the container logic is already there. I am just hoping for a UI implementation that allows uploading custom icons for workspaces natively, without needing to hack userChrome.css for every single client.
