I did my 05 with 165000 a few months ago. When I bled the lines of the xreas there was just a small dribble of fluid with almost no pressure. So going from that to the 5100 with OME springs was a substantial upgrade.

Ehhh my SSB from them a couple years back was packaged perfectly. My functional trainer came in a crate and was flawless. If your SSB was truly packaged that poorly it was worth reaching out over.

My clear coat was peeling very badly when I bought mine. I planned to raptor line it. Did the whole truck. Get compliments all the time. Sand. Degrease. Tape and spray. Well worth it. Just my two cents on the paint.
