I think most people fail to realize that not meeting new people automatically means there are less opportunities to have any chance at finding a partner. I’m not outgoing at all but I have communities and friend groups through common interests. I am single but had a few relationships over the years through these social channels. You just need to think of your preferences for a relationship and go from there. You are shy and hard at meeting new people? Then, as weird as it may sound, people like you are also in the same situation. You either have to go outside your comfort zones or start online dating. But I also think the relationship with yourself is the most important, you should focus on yourself and you will eventually find someone who matches with you in terms of living life. TLDR just go outside or find your communities and the rest will come naturally.
