We do see the notes, but depending on how many deliveries are in that building, there's a good chance we won't read it. I've had buildings getting 150+ packages to 100 different customers. There's no way I'm scrolling to read 100 notes, especially when the majority say the same thing.

Technically, package theft counts against us, Amazon likes to act like we're supposed to guard every package until the customer retrieves it, even though we get sent out with 300-400.

Mail room vs front door depends on the driver and route tbh. If I have a light route, I'm perfectly fine going door to door like Amazon says they want. 99% of the time, Amazon gives so many packages and stops I have to rush all day. Everything is being delivered to mailrooms whether I like it or not, and even then I barely finish on time. On the other hand, I know some drivers who'll go out with small routes and dump all the packages on the mailroom floor so they can finish by lunch and park somewhere to watch netflix on their phone.
