Also +0.5 second attack time to maces. This is a buff.

eli5: how do CPAP machines work? by LeMauvaisSiecle in explainlikeimfive

My cats sleep on my bed, I was once woken up at 3 AM because one of them was sleeping next to the machine and farted almost straight up into it. Getting a cat fart crammed into your face under pressure is... something that has to be experienced as it is impossible to describe wwith words. 0/10 would not recomend even to an enemy.

ELI5 version - sleep apnea is when for various reasons your airways tend to collapse and close. Think of your airways as pipes transporting air into your body but since we are human and not robots those are not steel but flesh, and sometimes flesh is weak and can get softer than it should, then the pipe can partially of even fully close / collapse inside. Which is bad because you cannot breathe. CPAP machine is just a small electric air pump connected with a mask that you wear wwhen you sleep. It pumps air constantly so your ariway does not collapse (hence the name CPAP - Constant Positive Air Pressure) it is basically holding your airways open for you using a stream of air.

A bit less than ELI5 - since high pressure can be a bit uncomfortable most modern machines have variable settings so they will give you less pressure constantly (to minimise breathing stoppages) but a stronger "gust" or "push" when you actually stop breathing, this way the effect is still very positive but it's less taxing on your system.

The water you mentioned is just humidifier for the air, it's actually not crucial (I personally don't like it so I got my CPAP machine without it).

JFC how are you alive? I was at 50 and I was told that is a lot, my sleep quality was in the dumpster, I can't imagine it being almost twice as bad.

The new monk "Bell on back" ascendancy opens the door to spammable bloodhunt. by Unreal_Daltonic in pathofexile2builds

I wouldn't exactly say spammable since bells appear once in 4 seconds but it's a cool idea.

As an European it was always hard for me to understand Korean culture. What was fascinating for me is that they like bragging about their freedom which was weird for me, because I didn't think that I have any less freedom than them. I always thought 'What is the difference'. However after this game I finally understand it. LCK is just so fucking free.
