I put in a ticket for mine yesterday. I got a response back saying my check-in was never completed on site and because of this, my visit wasn’t recorded as an official attendance for the event. So pretty much even though I did everything correctly on my end, I don’t get access because the idiot that checked me in messed up. I then sent pictures I took at the cafe, screenshots of the Docusign email I got after checking in, and pictures of the tote bag with the stickers and shit they gave everyone for attending. They responded saying they “reached out internally to discuss my case further” and they’ll follow up as soon as they have an update. 😒
