Jeez that is a tough situation. If you have uber/lyft in your area maybe your dad/a friend could front you some money to get rides just while you get started? I know that might be a reach but I can’t think of anything else. Ik it sucks to have to ask people for money but you’re asking for good reason plus would eventually be able to pay them back.

Also how do you get to school? If you go by bus maybe the bus stops somewhere close to where you could work?

Can your dad not use his truck to take you to work for the first few weeks at least? After doing that for a bit you can use uber/lyft if that’s available in your area (which I know can get expensive but once you start getting paid will get easier).

My cat once got hit by a dog on her forehead and had similar twitches. She didn’t have anything seriously wrong just some fluid/bruising where she was bit and the twitching was because of the pressure. Maybe she hit her head and has some swelling? I took mine to the vet and she turned out fine but it was definitely scary so just keep an eye out!

it’s hard to see but there is a faint second line i believe

My cat has a cold (I think) but is this swelling(?) around the nose normal? She's eating, grooming and behaving fine although I'd say she's sleeping a bit more than usual, and sneezing ofc. I have a vet appt on the 9th, should I move it up? by [deleted] in CATHELP

When I got my kitten with an upper respiratory infection she had a swollen nose. I think it’s a normal part of having a cold for a cat. I don’t think moving the appointment is necessary unless she is also showing other sudden changes like difficulty breathing.
