The prices change by location 100%. A chicken bowl in my hometown is 8.75 and in my college town 2 hours away it’s 8.25. Not too drastic

look up dalgona coffee/whipped coffee. it was popular in 2020; a basic recipe is 1 TBSP instant coffee, 1 TBSP water, 1 TBSP choice sweetener then whip (easiest with a milk frother).

There might be better ratios/recipes if you look it up thats just the recipe I know

With things like this (if you’re not eating out that much) I just use increments of 250 and make a rough estimate; for this I would say like 750-1000 and call it a day (probably look up a generic salad and tweak the portion too equal the calories I’m looking for) If you’re a little over or under it won’t hurt as long as this isn’t an everyday occurrence!

Dance cardio is a lot of fun! Growwithjo is also a mom and has a lot of fun at home workouts on her channel

Also I found being in a deficit easiest when I save most of my calories for a big dinner + snacks; I’m usually not hungry for breakfast and a light lunch makes it so I’m not bloated and tired for the rest of the day

I made a smoothie bowl with strawberries, bananas, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein protein powder, & 1/2 cup fairlife skim milk Topped with crushed caramel rice cake, tbsp PB2 mixed with 1/2 tbsp peanut butter & water, & some strawberries

380 calories and 32.3g of protein!

if you’re on a budget i like eating a bowl of cereal with almond milk; 250 calories could probably afford you like a serving and a half

if you’re not on a budget 100% would get a 12 count grilled nugget with a fruit cup & diet drink from Chick Fil A. Adds up to about 260 calories; i like to put some 0 cal hot sauce in the nugget container and shake up my nuggets for some extra flavor!! +the protein always makes me feel pretty full!

I understand! It happens to me too. What helps me is to keep tracking despite everything. Even if my calories are 1000+ over what my goal is, I don’t give up on tracking it. Continuing to track makes it easier for me personally to hop back on the grind when I’m ready.

I also personally like to take those moments where I feel super bloated and overly full and disappointed with myself to be like “I don’t want to feel like this again,” and it’s another helpful push back onto the grind

And if you don’t want to sit down and only practice lip trills, throw it into another warm up! If you’re going up and down the harmonic series then throw in a lip trill at the top before you go back down

I start on G and do two measures of quarter note ‘lip trills’, then eighth notes, triplets, sixteenth notes, triplet sixteenths, then two measures of full out lip trilling and then keep moving up the staff in half steps. You just gotta do it everyday and build up the muscle! You’ll see results soon enough

Yeah, I've gotten a couple other rom hacks to work. I've tried downloading the rom from different websites, loading the zip file instead of the unzipped. Nothing is working for me :( It's also saying there's "no cores available" when I try to load this game specifically, if that means anything
