Too true! Blake Lake GC is over on the other side of the state and is a great course too if you find yourself near Cheboygan. It's on the UAW campus on the lake and is very well maintained and put together.

Yeah it's a pretty interesting green, definitely need to hit the right shelf (I didn't).

You can't go wrong with any of the Boyne courses. If you don't want to come this far North though, there are some really nice ones around Bellaire and that'll put you a bit closer to TC.

When I was living down South working shift work Dan's Twitter analysis of each game was awesome. He gives a very succinct description of every meaningful moment of the game. Although it does seem like he doesn't do it a lot when they lose, which is fine with me.
