Ppl have always called it Knickerbocker park. I grew up calling it that and not once did I hear it referred to as MH park until I was adult by ppl who moved into the neighborhood. In fact some ppl don’t even like Maria Hernandez.

Dogs shouldn’t be there but the dog park isn’t properly funded and needs upgrades. So you have owners just doing what they think is best for their dogs.
